deng...deng..deng...deng...here come my self-cooked curry chicken...i just love it...this is my first time to cook curry. I did missed some important ingridient like potatoes and sprig curry leaves and guess what, amazingly, it's turn out to be smell good, look nice, taste bravo Malaysia's style curry chicken.. I just love it...
How to do it? It's quick and delicious. What i need to do, is only to follow the instructions given, The first step is to stir-fry onion, sprig curry leaves, sheredded ginger in hot oil until it become brownish. The next step is to add the Curry paste and fry till aromatic and followed by stir in chicken, potatoes for about 5 minutes. The last steps is to add half cup of coconut milk and water, bring to boil then simmer for 25-30 minutes...and it's all done...
