yes yes...i'm trying out something new again. Written is the ingredients to cook Belacan Chicken which i grabbed from don't know whoever recipe on internet.
I replaced the shrimp paste and sugar with belacan chilli powder. As the powder itself taste a little salty, and sweety. :p
Instant Belacan Chilli Powder is the main character of today to-cook dish. Don't play play a...It's imported from Malaysia.
The marinated chopped chicken, another main character. Together with belacan chilli powder, 2-3 tbs of fried chicken flour, just enough salt+pepper powder, 1 small tbs oyster sauce, and half eggs. Blended it all together and then marinate the chicken.... It's as simple as throwing all in one, and mix mix mix and mix. :p (haiya, forgive me for my lousy skill. I'm a beginner, crawling hard like a tortoise to learn new things)

and of course, not forgetting, the chef of the day... :p
when everything are well-prepared, it's time to fried it....
this *fried egg*, nothing to do with belacan chicken. It's just because i terpecah it, by no other choices, i've to fried it. Trying to make some strange shape of fried egg after watched 'beautiful cooking 2'
ok, now deep fried the marinated chicken to become brownish...
*someone talking to me, intended to borrow my frying pan* while busy talking to that specky girl, i forget to look after my chicken...huhuhu...

too brownish... luckily belum hangus~!
